Description

A whole meal just thrown into a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 16 ounces, weight Package Baby Carrots

Preparation

Mix all liquid ingredients along with salt, pepper and cornstarch in a crockpot. Place roast in the crockpot. I also chose to lightly coat the roast with more salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Place onion and carrots all around the roast in the crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
