OMG! So good and so easy! I had leftover rotiserrie chicken so I just mixed that up with some bottled bbq sauce. And I didn’t have fresh mozzarella on hand so I grated up some block monterey jack cheese (ooh, how good would this be with some pepper jack!) and used that.
Homemade crust is a must!
YUM.

My 19yr old daughter made this it was great. She used self rising flour in the homemade crust (OOPS) she didn’t know there was difference. Still was good. We all loved it. Can’t wait to try again with all-purpose flour. Very easy recipe a must try.

I made this the other night for my husband and I. We are both pizza fanatics, and we both loved this recipe!! The homemade crust is delicious and got crispy, just the way I like it. The BBQ chicken and cilantro gave this pizza a nice kick and is something out of the ordinary!

Made this last night and it was absolutely delicious. I used green onions instead of purple onions as my kids wouldn’t mind them as much and it was really delcious. Everyone scarfed it down and since I made a huge tray of it we are having leftovers tonight.

This pizza is so good. My kids who only eat cheese pizza gobbled this up. Only change I did was substituted half of the flour in your pizza dough recipe with whole wheat flour. Definitely will be making this again!

Oh my..this looks absolutely delicious! I love thin italian pizza crust, I love barbeque chicken, I love mozzarella and I looveee red onions in any form. That makes this recipe a quadruple love affair for me and for that I thank you Ree. From the bottom of my heart. By that I mean my stomach.

This is honestly one of the best pizza’s I have ever made or tasted! I served it to my parents who are never particularly excited about pizza… and they couldn’t stop raving! Everyone went back for seconds, thirds, and fourths. I’m definitely making this again.
I added just a tablespoon of honey to the pizza crust recipe because CPK’s pizza crust is slightly sweet.
Thanks for the incredible meal, Ree!

I made this over thie weekend, and it was delicious! I forgot that the dough was for two pizzas so the crust was rather thick, but next time I’ll know better! I love this recipe!

I’m am in love with this pizza! I use a pizza dough I got from O mag, from her former chef Art Smith.

Hmm, unfortunately this pizza came out pretty much completely burned after 15 minutes on 500. Honestly I have never used the 500 setting before and it seemed a little bit high and didn’t work in the end.
( Very disappointing ’cause it smelled really good (for a while…) Maybe my oven is different? Too bad for all the ingredients, but I’ll try it again some time…

so since the crust recipe is for 2 crusts, is the pizza recipe enough ingredients for 2 pizzas? confused!
