Description

Easy and yummy pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pasta Of Your Choice
  • ½ pounds Bacon, Diced
  • 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Cook penne according to box directions. Fry up your bacon and cook until done. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Drain the grease. Season your chicken with the poultry seasoning and cook in a pan with olive oil until done. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate and start on your sauce.

In a saucepan, melt your butter. Add onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until cream cheese is melted. Add bacon and chicken and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Drain pasta, add to sauce and mix up. Serve!

I love this recipe!! It’s easy to add what you want, I add mushrooms and spinach. I also add gorganzola cheese in for a more bold flavor :)
