My daughter & husband both loved this! I made it with white rice and sour cream. This has been moved to our favorites list. It is so yummy, I made it for my sister but without the chicken, she’s a vegetarian, and she loved it!!!

We thought this was pretty good. I would’ve liked a little more of the green chile flavor and my husband wants me to cut down on the amount of rice if we make it again.

Made this tonight & it was a big hit! I love that it’s made with brown rice & other low fat ingredients. Will definitely make it again. And again, and again!

This turned out so well! I substituted the Dannon Nonfat Plain yogurt that’s always in my fridge for the Greek yogurt, and I didn’t have salsa on hand so I used taco sauce. Yum!

It must be the salsa I used or the fact I am not a huge sour cream fan, but I thought this was really bland. My kids wouldn’t touch it and I didn’t like it either. Not enough flavor. To each his own I guess!

This was soooo good! I used the breasts from a rotisserie chicken, shredded them and tossed them with a 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1/4 tsp cayenne mix on the stove. I used sour cream and white minute rice also. Very good! Next time i’ll half the recipe because this was waaaay too much for my boyfriend and I.

This was very good, but mine turned out a little dry. I should have read the comments before making it! Next time I’ll add more salsa or fat-free sour cream. Also, the flavor was a bit mild for us, but we like things a little spicier. We added chili powder and garlic salt and it made it better. With some modifications, we’ll definitely make this again. Thanks for posting!

The entire base of the recipe was there. All it needs is some cumin, garlic salt (instead of salt), onion powder and cayenne. We also served it with tortilla chips and our crazy garlicy salsa. It was SO good. My husband loved it!

I thought it was really bland. Next time I’m going to double the salsa, add more beans and chicken and add corn. It’s way too much rice to other stuff ratio.

This was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because it needed some more seasoning. I added some cumin. I also used quinoa instead of rice because I had it on hand and I’m always looking for ways to use it. Will make this again!

this will be dinner tonight! Looks very good and I have everything on hand (minus the cilantro, which I do normally have because I love it so much) Thanks. I’ll report back with results!

Very tasty! I made it tonight for dinner and will have it for lunch tomorrow. I used turkey instead of chicken, still have a ton to use.

So, to clarify, when you say 2 chicken breasts, you mean 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped up, right?

I made this last night and had to restrain myself from polishing off the leftovers for lunch today! It was SO delicious and easy. Thanks!

I made this for dinner last night and it was really good. My husband enjoys casserole dishes and had a second serving. I did make some slight changes based only on personal preferances (added cumin, increased the sour cream & salsa) and this will go into our regular rotation. Thanks for a great recipe!
