A turkey burger stuffed with cream cheese and croutons.
Combine the meat in a large bowl along with the seasonings and mix well.
Combine the filling in a separate bowl and mix well.
Shape the meat into 8 round patties and place a small well into the center of 4 of them. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling into the center and top with another patty and seal it.
Grill for about 25 minutes and then serve immediately.
