This caprese flatbread has the perfect combination of fresh summer plum tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and beautiful green basil.
Heat your oven to 450ºF.
Place each flatbread or tortilla (that you’ve cut into a rectangle) on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Add the tomatoes evenly to each one and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Next add the cheeses.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with basil. Serve immediately.
