Description

I have unnatural love for chicken wings which results in me always making too many, so I figured out what to do with the leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 10 whole To 20 Whole Leftover Buffalo Wings
  • 1 envelope Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (1 Ounce Packet)
  • 1 block Softened Cream Cheese, 8 Ounce Block
  • 3 stalks Diced Celery
  • 1 whole Carrot, Diced
  • 6 whole Burrito Size Tortilla Shells

Preparation

Remove the majority of the skin from the chicken wings. This will make you feel like you have cut all of the fat and calories from them. Dice the meat.

Combine softened cream cheese and dry Ranch mix. How much cream cheese you use and how much dry Ranch you use depends on how many wraps you intend to make. Each wrap needs about three tablespoons of cream cheese mixture.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto tortilla. Sprinkle on chicken, carrots, and celery. If you are going to serve/devour them immediately, a little diced Roma tomato is a fabulous addition, but if you are making these to pack in your lunch, it will make things a little soggy and gross.

Wrap tightly, cut in half, and let the fun begin!
