I love BLTs and quesadillas, so I married the two together. They’re a very happy couple.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add butter to skillet and allow to melt. Lay the tortilla in the skillet and add cheese and bacon to one side of the tortilla. Fold in half. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until both sides have brown spots and the tortilla is somewhat crisp.
Transfer quesadilla to a plate and open it very carefully (If you’re smart, you’ll use tongs. I’m not.) Lay the tomato slices, avocado slices, and greens down the middle. Drizzle a little ranch dressing over top, then beginning at one side, tightly roll up the tortilla.
Makes one wrap.
Note:
1. I also like to use a mixture of spicy brown mustard and Greek yogurt in place of Ranch dressing.

When I make BLTs I always add avocado. I’m sure this would be great with some guacamole!

I used turkey bacon and added some grilled chicken to up the protein factor.
Delicious!

So tasty! I love that unlike toasted bread BLT’s this doesn’t cut the top of your mouth and it isn’t dry at all. Thanks for sharing.

YUMMY! From now on, I will keep the ingredients on hand so we can have this when we need a quick supper. Loved this! Easy, tasty, and hey, decently healthy as well! Sounds good to me!
