Description

A delicious summer pasta with fresh basil and tomatoes! Add in the cheese and this recipe is a sure winner!

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4  Tomatoes, Diced
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 16 ounces, weight Brie Cheese
  • 2-½ ounces, weight Basil Leaves
  • 32 ounces, weight Your Favorite Short Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instructions, Drained But Not Rinsed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 170 F.

In a large oven-safe dish or pot mix together the garlic, vinegar, oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Put the pot in the warm oven to marinate the tomatoes for at least 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Dice up the cheese and wash the basil leaves. Put them in large serving bowl. Add the hot pasta and mix well. Then pour the marinade and tomatoes over the pasta and mix until fully incorporated. Serve immediately.
