Description

Baked spaghetti is the “crust” for this fun twist on a pizza. Top it with your favorite pizza toppings for a fun dish that kids and adults will all gobble up!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Thin Spaghetti
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 jar (14 To 16 Oz. Jar) Pizza Sauce
  • 5 ounces, weight Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped, Or Your Favorite Toppings
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Whisk together eggs and milk and toss mixture with spaghetti in a large bowl. Spread mixture in a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with sauce, your favorite pizza toppings (green peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage that has been cooked and drained, etc). Top with cheese last. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly on the edges. Let cool for five minutes before cutting into squares to serve.

Thanks for this recipe. My son has been after me for making a spaghetti pizza. Can’t wait to try it.

Sorry to say that even though I put on more than called for sauce and cheese, my spaghetti pizza came out quite dry. I had extra sauce on the side which everyone seemed happy to use. A little disappointed at the outcome.
