Description

This creamy dip is loaded with delicious Greek flavors: hummus, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, feta cheese, and green onions. Served with pita chips, it will be a huge hit at your next party!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1-½ cup Prepared Original Hummus
  • 1 cup Chopped Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ cups Kalamata Olives
  • ½ cups Feta Cheese
  • ⅓ cups Sliced Green Onions
  • 1 package (about 8 Oz. Size) Pita Chips, For Serving

Preparation

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch deep pie pan or shallow serving dish. Evenly spread the prepared hummus on top of the cream cheese.

Top the hummus with the cucumbers, tomatoes (make sure to get rid of the extra juice from the tomatoes), olives, feta, and green onions, in that order. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but no more than 24 hours. Serve with pita chips.
