A healthy take on Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I promise you won’t be able to stop eating it.
In large bowl combine the cole slaw and bell peppers. Add the green onion and cilantro into the bowl of a food processor and put it on “chop” mode for about 15 seconds. Then add it to the bowl of vegetables along with the chicken and Asian dressing. Mix everything up and scoop the mixture onto lettuce leaves for a wrap. Top the lettuce wrap with peanuts.
