Another delicious breakfast to use up the zucchini. These waffles are delicious with a hint of cinnamon to ring in fall!

These waffles are much more complex than the average waffle. They bake up with a lovely yeasty aroma and have incredible flavor. They’re light with a perfectly thin crispiness that doesn’t quickly turn soggy. And the inside is creamy and custardy. Pure breakfast heaven.

Sometimes called raised waffles, these are light, fluffy, and crisp. Perfect for sweet or savory toppings. Make them the night before for easy morning prep!

These spelt waffles are divine! Light, airy and crisp. The perfect platform for pure maple syrup. Plus the spelt offers a wondrously nutty essence you just don’t get with plain old flour. The beauty is, these are my family’s favorite waffles. They don’t miss the white-processed flour, the handful of white sugar, and the additional that I took out! So you can eat your waffles on Saturday morning, without an ounce of guilt.

A wholesome and tasty way to start the day. These whole wheat waffles are vegan and topped with a favorite combo, strawberry banana.

Karen’s waffles, with 1/2 whole wheat. Karen made them with white flour, but my mom ground wheat, so I changed it to meet in the middle. And I like to add cinnamon too, so I guess it’s kind of not her recipe anymore, is it?

Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
