Tasty and colorful combination of tuna, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and calamata olives. Great served on a bed of lettuce or on your favorite Italian bread.
In a large bowl combine tuna, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, olives, onion, cilantro/parsley, basil, garlic, Italian spices, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well. Serve over a bed of lettuce or on favorite Italian bread.
To serve on bread: fill the bread with tuna and press a plate on top of the sandwich, topping with a heavy can. This way the dressing will seep into the bread. Wait 30 minutes then slice and serve.
