Description

Simple, vibrant, seasonal and delicious! It’s Shredded Kale Salad!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded Kale, Packed
  • ⅓ cups Peeled, Pitted, Diced Avocado, Smashed
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 6 whole Tiger Figs, Cut Into 8 Wedges Each
  • ½ whole Dragon Fruit, Sliced And Cut Into Wedges
  • 1 cup Red Moscato Grapes, Halved
  • ½ cups Sliced Red Onion
  • ½ cups Diced Tomato
  • Dulse Flakes For Sprinkling (optional)

Preparation

Place the kale in a large bowl, then add the avocado and cayenne pepper. With your hands, mix the avocado and cayenne into the kale, massaging it, and getting the avocado all over the kale. Divide the kale mixture among four plates, then divide the remaining ingredients (except the dulse flakes), putting them on the bed of kale. Sprinkle with dulse flakes and serve!
