I really missed Chinese when I was diagnosed with coeliac so I created a few dishes to give me that takeaway experience at home.
Cook noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large shallow pan. Add garlic, chili and 5 spice. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add noodles and soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes. Enjoy!
