Description

A delicious smoothie loaded with natural, healthy nutrients to fuel your body! Whether it’s a post-workout boost, mid-day snack or lunch companion, this smoothie will not disappoint!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1  Banana, Peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 1-⅓ cup Soy Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Preparation

Starting with the frozen mango chunks, add all of the ingredients into the bottom of a blender. Blend on high for several minutes or until smoothie is desired texture and consistency. More soy milk may need to be added depending on desired consistency. Enjoy!
