Description

A dairy-free chocolate shake that is actually good for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (can Also Use Soy Or Almond)
  • 1 whole Very Ripe Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (or Raw Cacao Powder)
  • 1 Tablespoon Nut Butter (peanut Butter Or Almond Butter)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional If Banana Isn't Ripe Enough)
  • 1-½ cup Ice

Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
