Gluten-free and dairy-free bacon, avocado and salsa wrap.
Place a tortilla wrap in a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Heat for 30 seconds on each side. Repeat with remaining tortilla.
Fry bacon until nice and crisp.
Whisk eggs and dairy free milk. Season with salt and pepper. Scramble in a pan over a medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Spread guacamole over the wrap. Top with salsa, scrambled egg, crisp bacon and dairy-free cheese. Fold up the wrap and enjoy.
