Tasty noodle soup packed full of Asian flavours with vermicelli rice noodles, all gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients.
Place olive oil in large saucepan over a medium heat. Add curry powder, garam masala, chili flakes, turmeric and garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes.Stir in onion and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add chicken, lime juice, coconut milk and chicken stock. Bring to the boil. Add noodles and simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste.
Divide between bowls and serve.
