Fresh and easy to make lunch that beats the plain old tuna sandwich. These tuna salad lettuce wraps aren’t drowning in mayo. The whole family will love them!
In a bowl, combine tuna, mayo, mustard, seasoning and black pepper. Add bell pepper and cilantro. Stir together. Squeeze in lemon juice.
Rinse lettuce and pull out large pieces, about 2 for each serving. Spoon in about 1/2 cup tuna salad into lettuce. Add slices of tomato. When eating, hold the leafy part and start eating from the stem side first. Enjoy!
