This fibre-filled, super green salad is super healthy and takes only minutes to make!
This recipe couldn’t be any more simple. Start by mixing lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper together in a small jug. This is your dressing.
Throw salad ingredients into a bowl and toss. If you’re serving the same day, place in a large salad bowl and drizzle some of your salad dressing over it. If you’re making this up for a later day, store in containers and add the salad dressing when you’re ready to eat!
