A sweet slaw that is oh so good!
Shred a whole small cabbage very fine or slice in your food processor (to make it easier, I would buy a bag already cut up). Drain the crushed pineapple and reserve the juice. Add the pineapple, apple, pecans, and mayonnaise to the slaw.
Mix ingredients for dressing (rice vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar) and then toss with the slaw mixture.
Serve immediately or chill. It actually tastes better the longer it sits because the flavors blend together.
