A refreshing summer salad with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, and basil. The acidic tang from balsamic vinegar begs you to finish the whole bowl.
Chop tomatoes into bite size pieces. Put in serving bowl.
Cube the fresh mozzarella ball and add the cheese cubes to serving bowl.
Take basil leaves and chiffonade or ribbon them. Sprinkle over tomatoes and mozzarella.
Add balsamic vinegar. Depending on how juicy your tomatoes are will depend on how much vinegar you add. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking. Stir together and serve.
