Easy and delicious summertime salad.
1. Prepare dressing by combining oil, vinegar, and the chicken ramen noodle seasoning packets. Refrigerate overnight (I usually don’t allow myself enough time to do this and it’s still delicious).
2. Break up noodles and mix all remaining slaw ingredients together.
3. Pour dressing over the slaw ingredients and toss. Chill before serving.
