Description

Nothing is better on a hot day than a cold ham salad sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover Ham, Chopped In A Food Processor
  • ¼ cups Finely Minced Sweet Onion
  • 2  Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled And Diced
  • 1 cup Finely Diced Celery
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cups Hot Dog Relish
  • ¼ cups Hot Pickle Relish
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches Salt And Pepper
  • 1 pinch Celery Salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve on toasted bread, or dip with your favorite cracker.

Love this recipe! Very tasty, few ingredients and can be made as a sandwich or use as a dip with crackers. Even the grandchildren like it!

If you are looking for something simple and very tasty, this would be for you! Very good with crackers or even rolled up in a tortilla shell with some lettuce. My family really liked it. It is a keeper.
