I’ve made this with both tuna & chicken, also made mini versions with the tuna salad in small heirlooms, baked with cheese & herbs on top, to serve as appetizers when company was over recently. The original recipe and all the slight variations I’ve tried are quick & delicious!!

Nice change from the same ol same ol. 6 tbls of may is a bit much for one 7 oz can. I used maybe 8 for FOUR 5 oz cans. Play with this one.. its fun, different and a nice change

I loved this recipe! I didn’t have tuna or pickle relish on hand, so I subbed cooked, shredded chicken and chopped bread & butter pickles. It was GREAT! I will absolutely make this again!

I made this tonight with cooked, shredded chicken because that’s what I had on hand. I also didn’t have any pickle relish, so I cut up some bread and butter pickles my sister-in-law made. WOW!! It’s DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe!
