Description

A quick and tasty summer salad.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces, weight Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • ½ whole Avocado
  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds
  • ½ cups Raspberry Vinaigrette

Preparation

Crumble feta cheese, slice strawberries, and slice avocado and place on top of spinach. Mix all of the ingredients together (including the almonds) and toss with vinaigrette.
