Spring Strawberry Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette

Description
This is a great spring salad, easy, very flexible to use any fresh greens available, paired with fresh strawberries, and this sweet, tangy dressing it is beautiful and a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 8 cups Select Greens, Such As Spinach, Arugula, Romaine, Etc.
- 1 pint Strawberries, Hulled And Sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion, Sliced Or Diced
- 2 cups Cucumber, Peeled And Sliced
- ½ cups Nuts, Your Preference (I Use Slivered Almonds)
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Veggie Oil
- ¾ cups Sugar
- ½ cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Paprika
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Pepper
Preparation
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss.
Pour all dressing ingredients in a shaker or jar and shake. You can either dress salad before serving, or serve it on the side.
Eat and enjoy!
