This is a great summer cold salad—it’s refreshing and cold and great for a time when a heavy meal isn’t going to do it.
Rinse grapes in a colander and drain on paper towels. Cut grapes in half and add them into large mixing bowl.
Cut the sliced smoked turkey breast into cubes and add it into the mixing bowl with the grapes. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, grated cheese and tarragon. Mix ingredients well, cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
I like to serve this on a bed of mixed greens. You can use that idea or serve it on your favorite bread, rolls or crackers.
