A vibrant blend of carrots, wild rice, feta, raisins, and walnuts tossed in a tangy harissa dressing.
In a large bowl, combine carrots, wild rice, raisins, feta, parsley, and walnuts.
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Alternatively, you can whisk the ingredients in a bowl. Just be sure to mince the garlic first.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
