Delicious salad with gorgonzola and apples.
Cut the gorgonzola into pieces. Trim and thinly slice the apples, sprinkling the slices with a Tablespoon of lemon juice. Cut the bread into slices and toast in a skillet or in the broiler of the oven for 5 minutes until browned and crispy.
Distribute the mixed salad into 4 individual bowls or a large serving platter, arrange the bread and apples on the salad.
Sprinkle with walnuts and gorgonzola chunks.
Emulsify the oil and remaining lemon juice a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Pour the dressing on top of the salad and serve.
