A fresh cut salad. Even people who don’t like tomatoes and cucumbers love this salad. Great for summer dinners, or anytime of the year.
Add diced vegetables into a medium size bowl. Add your olive oil and stir. Then add the vinegar, and stir again covering all the vegetables with the olive oil and vinegar. Next add the dried dill, salt and pepper. Stir again. I always like to taste test it, and possibly have someone else taste as well. You might want to add more pepper, salt or dill.
