Purple Cabbage and Pecan Salad

Description
Bright Asian salad with a light, sweet sesame dressing.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- ¼ cups Honey
- ¼ cups Coconut Aminos
- ⅛ cups Avocado Oil
- ⅛ cups Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 head Purple Cabbage, Finely Chopped
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans
- 5 whole Scallions, Finely Chopped
Preparation
Whisk together vinegar, honey, coconut aminos, and oils. Salt to taste.
Right before serving, toss the cabbage together with the dressing. Top with pecans and scallions.
