Full of fresh and healthy in-season fruits and greens, this is a beautiful salad for Christmastime. Walnuts add protein for a complete and nutritionally-rich salad.
Assemble ingredients: greens, pomegranate, mango, walnuts, and red wine vinaigrette. Wash the greens, pomegranate and mango. Assemble greens on six individual plates for easier assembly. Slice the pomegranate into fourths, then peel out the seeds and put them onto the top of the greens. Peel, pit and slice the mango. Assemble mango slices across the top of the salads. Sprinkle on walnuts. Drizzle red wine vinaigrette over the top. Enjoy!
