Pineapple Fruit Salad Dressing

Description
Delicious fruit salad dressing that pairs well with just about any type of fruit.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Orange Juice
- 5-½ cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 dash Salt
- ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 whole Egg Yolks
- ½ pints Cream
- 8 cups Fruit
Preparation
Whisk together all the ingredients (except the cream and fruit) in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until the sauce thickens; it should coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Whip the cream and stir into the sauce.
Dice fruit into roughly equal-sized pieces and toss with the dressing. Serve chilled.
