Perfect Picnic Fruit Salad

Description
Very easy fruit salad. The frozen strawberries keep it nice and cold, making it perfect for a picnic.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Bananas
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Can) Pineapple Chunks
- 2 packages (16 Oz. Package) Frozen Strawberries (sweetened)
Preparation
Slice bananas. Pour juice from pineapple chunks over bananas stir to coat all bananas, then drain off (this will keep the bananas from turning brown).
Place bananas, pineapple chunks and frozen strawberries in your serving bowl. Do not thaw the strawberries. Just leave them in the bowl just like they come out of the container.
Cover the bowl and head to your picnic. Mix in the strawberries just before serving. This is a great last minute picnic/potluck contribution.
You can add additional seasonal fruits if desired. This is also great over ice cream as a summer dessert.
