A twist on the traditional mushroom salad by adding pepper jack cheese. A family favorite at our house.
Rinse mushrooms lightly under cold water, drain. Chop mushrooms, cheese and onions. Place in bowl and sprinkle with seasoning. Pour oil and vinegar over all and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Stir and serve.

I have never heard of Mushroom salad….I love mushrooms and love cheese just as much!
Cant wait to make this!
