Description

A light, summer salad with fresh peaches, salty prosciutto and creamy burrata with pistachios, basil, lemon and butter lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 2  Peaches
  • 2 ounces, fluid Prosciutto
  • 4 ounces, fluid Burrata Cheese
  • ¼ cups Shelled Pistachios
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil
  • 1  Lemon, Zest Only
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Preparation

Rinse fresh fruit and herbs. Slice peaches, chop basil, and zest the lemon. Set aside.

Arrange on a plate in this order: butter lettuce, peaches, prosciutto, burrata, pistachios, basil, lemon zest (sprinkled over top), and olive oil. Lastly, drizzle with honey before serving.
