This is my own version of pea salad. It is a little healthier than the one with bacon and shredded cheese that many of you might already know.
1. Mix peas, cauliflower, celery, olives and heart of palm together in a large bowl.
2. Combine yogurt, ranch dressing, and garlic powder together and then toss with the veggies.
3. Serve cold with cashews on top. Enjoy!
