This luscious salad (created by my mother) combines crisp apples, crunchy water chestnuts, chewy dried cranberries and other ingredients with a creamy dressing. It is hard to stop eating this healthy salad!
In a bowl, combine apples, water chestnuts, celery, and cranberries.
Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger, sugar, and salt. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with pecans.
