Mom’s Potato Salad

Description
This is the first potato salad my mom made many years ago and she never looked back. Why mess with perfection?
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Yellow Mustard
- ¼ cups Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 3 whole Large Dill Pickles, Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Medium Sweet Onion, Finely Chopped
- 6 whole Large Potatoes, Cooked, Cooled And Cubed
- 6 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Cubed
Preparation
Stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sour cream, pickles and onion. Add the potatoes and eggs; salt and pepper to taste.

This is close to my mom’s potato salad … basic and easy to tweak.
