Looking for a quick, delicious, low-calorie dinner?
Pick up some grape tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, asparagus, garbanzo and pinto beans, and tomato sauce. Add in a little spice and you’ve got yourself a wonder bean salad.
And the final result? A mixed bean salad full of fiber, protein, and delicious flavor.
Heat water in a medium sized pan. Add in spices and stir until water boils. Add in green beans and cook for three minutes. Then add in chopped asparagus and cook until done, about 5 minutes longer. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Pour in tomato sauce and heat. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
