Description

Incredibly delicious cold dressing for your holiday salads—or any time!. Easy and super flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Meyer Lemons, Zest And Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers, Chopped
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1-¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Shallot (grated)
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Note: I use an electric juicer for the lemons.

Zest the Meyer lemons first and set aside on a clean work surface. In a mixing bowl, add Meyer Lemon juices, chopped capers, red pepper flakes, oregano, honey, black pepper, grated shallot, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon zest. Whisk ingredients together well. Place dressing in an airtight container, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Before serving, whisk ingredients together again. Enjoy!
