Refreshing and colorful salad perfect for summer!
Toss watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber together in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, mint, and salt (optional) until combined. Pour over the melon mixture. Toss to combine.
Best enjoyed when first tossed, though can be kept refrigerated for a couple of days.
Note: If you include salt, make sure to eat the salad sooner than later because it will pull the water out of the melon and cucumber.
