When summer heat is unbearable, I refuse to turn on the stove, the oven, or my wonderful gas grill. I did enough of that sweating when I cooked in a restaurant kitchen! So, here is a dish I like to make. This is a very healthy, nutritious salad. Lots of protein from the beans and low-fat tuna, not to mention the health benefits you get from the tomatoes and olive oil.
Place all ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss, allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Serve.
