No mayonnaise tuna salad for one with Italian-inspired ingredients. Makes a great brown-bagged healthy lunch with a hunk of crusty multigrained bread.
Drain canned tuna well. Place in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Toss gently to mix. Chill or eat immediately.
