A sweet and tangy dressing that’s perfect with grilled chicken, fish, pork, or smoky bacon.
1. Combine mustard, garlic, honey, and vinegar in a bowl.
2. Slowly drip in the oil while whisking vigorously.
3. If needed, store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
Note: This makes enough dressing for a 5-ounce bag of greens or spinach plus any toppings you’d like to add.
