If you don’t count the olive oil and seasoning, which we all typically have on hand, this recipe has only four ingredients!
It tastes good on every salad and is even a tasty dip for chicken and shrimp. Mmm! I hope you love it as much as I do.
Add lime juice, parsley, honey, garlic and salt to a food processor. Pulse 10 times and then mix on high speed for 15 seconds. Scrape the bottom and sides of the processor with a rubber spatula. Mix on high for 15 seconds more. Scrape the bottom and sides again.
With the processor on low speed, drizzle in olive oil in a slow, steady stream. Scrape the bottom and sides again. Mix 30 seconds more.
Add the water a teaspoon or two at a time until you get the consistency you’re looking for in your dressing. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
