An easy Thanksgiving and Christmas recipe made with fresh cranberries for a simple side dish or dessert.
Put cranberries into a large food processor or blender. Pulse until cranberries are finely ground.
Pour cranberries into a large container and stir in sugar. Cover and refrigerate mixture overnight.
The next day, add drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
Into a chilled bowl, add heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, beat cream into stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into sweetened cranberry and marshmallow mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
